Joseph Anthony BILGIC
Joseph Anthony Bilgiç is a bilingual international relations graduate and humanitarian professional with hands-on experience in large-scale humanitarian operations, outreach, and stakeholder coordination. He holds a BA in International Relations and is currently pursuing an MSc in Humanitarianism, Aid and Conflict at SOAS University of London.

With field experience in Türkiye supporting the KIZILAYKART programme, Joseph has worked on cash-based assistance (CVA), beneficiary communication, and operational logistics. His contributions have enhanced the delivery of aid to vulnerable populations, particularly in migration and displacement contexts. He also holds certifications from UNHCR in migration and protection.

In addition to his field experience, Joseph brings analytical skills and technical proficiency in tools such as Power BI and Excel, which he uses to monitor performance, improve coordination, and support data-driven decision-making.
Now based in the UK, he continues to contribute to conflict and humanitarian projects, combining his field perspective with academic insight to support effective and responsive programming in complex environments.
